A bank is a commercial credit institution that is licensed as a receiver of deposits. It provides services including savings, loans and investments. Finance is the science of managing money, investments and credit. It is also the supplying of funds or capital.

The integration of space resources extraction and applications into a global economy, the demonstration of technical feasibility followed by the elaboration of credible realistic business plans, and the reduction of risk perception are the keystones for attracting the resources from banking and financial institutions.
